Large vase-and-vine forms fill a silver-aqua ground, the motifs drawn in steel blue, cloud beige, and sage-green across an allover composition that carries no central medallion. The red you see in the field is not one red. It is seven dye lots, each pulled at a slightly different hour from the same copper vat,the variation lives only in the wool, never in the recipe.
