No. Custom-made or personalised rugs are not eligible for return or exchange, as they are created specifically for your order.
A valid proof of purchase and a continuous, unedited unboxing video recorded within 24 hours of delivery are mandatory for return evaluation.
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping is arranged by us. For all other approved returns, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a fresh order once the refund is processed.
